Guangxi Lisheng Stone Industry Co., Ltd., recognized for its outstanding practices in smart manufacturing and green development, was successfully selected and certified as an advanced-level smart factory. This marks another significant autonomous region-level recognition in the field of smart manufacturing, following its previous designation as a "Guangxi Smart Factory Demonstration Enterprise" in 2020.

Guangxi Advanced-Level Smart Factory is a benchmark for smart manufacturing certified by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, representing the highest level of smart manufacturing in the region. It encompasses all aspects of product design, production, logistics, sales, and service, aiming to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality and service levels. By leveraging various modern technologies, smart factories achieve automation in office operations, management, and production processes.

Since its establishment, the company has continuously invested in research and development, introduced advanced deep processing equipment in the industry, and has 6 world-class fully automatic artificial stone production lines. The microwave rapid curing technology, jointly developed with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Guangxi Academy of Sciences, has successfully shortened the curing time of artificial stone from 7-15 days of natural curing to less than 1 day (with a speed increase of nearly 100%), while improving performance by 35%. It has overcome the long-standing bottleneck of curing efficiency in the industry and obtained an international invention patent. In addition, a full process barcode traceability information management system has been established to drive the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in the industry.

Smart factory intelligent manufacturing upgrade

Based on strong technology accumulation and innovation achievements, the company also promoted the "intelligent factory informatization construction project based on industrial Internet". The focus is on systematic research and application integration of intelligent equipment, data center, intelligent collaboration, intelligent control, intelligent operation, and decision support platform.

The project ultimately successfully built the first intelligent deep processing customized factory for artificial stone in China, with an annual output of 2.5 million square meters (10 intelligent production lines with an annual output of 250000 square meters).
